At ~2:18 PM, Westmorland 911 dispatched Station 20 for a Roadside Brush Fire at 4923 William Penn Highway. Station 20 responded with Engine 20 (3 firefighters including Captain 20), with 1 firefighter responding directly to the scene, and an additional firefighter on standby at Station 20. Upon Engine 20's arrival at the scene, the firefighters extinguished the fire that was in the mulch of a flower bed alongside the highway. Captain 20 released Engine 20 for return to station after the fire was extinguished.
