Firefighters of Murrysville Volunteer Fire Company conducted Basic SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) Training at Station 20. The training consisted of inspection and operations procedures for the use of the SCBA. Multiple SCBAs are carried on each fire truck, and are used by firefighters when responding to any incident where smoke or hazardous products may be present. Further the firefighters were given basic training on the SCBA Fill Station at Station 20. Additional training on the use of SCBA will be conducted during the year.
