The 2018 Chili-Oktoberfest in Murrysville was held at the Murrysville Volunteer Fire Company (Station 20) Fire Grounds on Saturday, October 20th, between 1:00-5:00 P.M. The Rotary Club of Murrysville-Export and the Municipality of Murrysville sponsored this annual event, which gave the public the opportunity to sample various flavors of hot and mild chili provided by amateur chefs and Murrysville-Export restaurants/supermarkets, and vote for the best amateur mild and hot chilies and the best commercial chili. During the fest, games and pumpkin painting were available for the children. Music was provided by Jenkins Crum Old Friends Road Crew. All proceeds from this event benefit the Rotary Miracle Field at the Murrysville Community Park.
