At 5:54 AM, Westmorland 911 dispatched Station 20 for an Automatic Fire Alarm at Atrias Restaurant on William Penn Highway. Station 20 responded with Truck 20 (2 firefighters), with Lieutenant 20 gong directly to the scene, and an additional firefighter manning Station 20. Westmorland 911 also dispatched the following stations to assist Station 20: Station 64 (White Valley VFD), Station 22 (Export VFD), Station 78 (Sardis VFC), and Station 87 (Harrison City VFD). Lieutenant 20 was first on scene and found no smoke or fire on the exterior search. Upon arrival of Truck 20, an interior search was conducted using a Thermal Imaging Camera and a Four-Gas Detector. Truck 20's crew found no evidence of smoke or fire in the interior search. Lieutenant 20 cancelled all other responding stations, and informed Westmorland 911 of the false automatic fire alarm activation. Lieutenant 20 released Truck 20 for return to station.
