At ~ 12:10 PM, Westmorland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) to assist Station 9 (Level Green VFD) for an Automatic Fire Alarm for a home on Pine Hollow Road, Penn Township. Station 20 responded with 4 firefighters (including Chief 20 and Lieutenant 20) preparing to man Engine 20. Westmorland 911 also dispatched the following stations to assist Station 9: Station 7 (Paintertown VFD), Station 86 (Trafford VFD), and Station 87 (Harrison City VFD). Chief 9 was first on scene, and found that the home's fire alarm had been activated by accident. Station 20 was cancelled before Engine 20 departed station.
