At ~7:40 PM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) to assist Station 610 (Murrysville Medic One) to extricate a patient from their residence to an ambulance. Station 20 responded with Rescue 20 (3 firefighters including Lieutenant 20), Squad 20 (2 firefighters), with 3 firefighters (including Chief 20, Assistant Chief 20, and Sergeant 20) going directly to the scene, and an additional firefighter manning the station. The Murrysville Police were also dispatched to the scene. As Rescue 20 was arriving on scene, Station 610 EMS Personnel had moved the patient from the house to the ambulance, and Director 610 cancelled the Station 20 response. All Station 20 units returned to service and station.
