At ~3:47 PM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for a leaking electrical transformer on Brison Court. Station 20 responded with Engine 20 (2 firefighters) with Captain 20 going directly to the scene, and 4 firefighters on standby at the station. Upon Engine 20's arrival at the scene, Lieutenant 20 established command, and found that a West Penn Power pole-mounted transformer was leaking oil. Command 20 relayed the West Penn Power pole number to Westmoreland 911, so West Penn Power could dispatch a repair crew to the location. The Engine 20 firefighters cautioned all nearby residents to stay away from the utility pole area until West Penn Power effects repairs. Command 20 returned Engine 20 to service and station.
