At ~ 9:48 PM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for a single vehicle collision with possible entrapment on School Road South between Hillcrest Drive and Round Top Road. Station 20 responded with Rescue 20 (3 firefighters), with Chief 20 and Lieutenant 20 going directly to the scene, and 3 additional firefighters on standby at the station in case additional apparatus was needed. Westmoreland 911 also dispatched the following additional stations for the incident: Station 64 (White Valley VFC), Station 78 (Sardis VFC), Station 610 (Murrysville Medic One), and the Murrysville Police. Chief 20 and Lieutenant 20 arrived on scene, found the Murrysville Police in command of the incident, and Station 610 EMS assessing the passengers of the vehicle. Command 20 returned all fire units except for Rescue 20, which assisted the Murrysville Police in traffic regulation until a local towing service recovered the vehicle.
