Residential Automatic Fire Alarm - Cole Road

At ~4:23 PM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) to assist Station 78 (Sardis VFC) for an Automatic Fire Alarm at a residence on Cole Road. Station 20 responded with 7 firefighters (including Lieutenant 20) going to the station to crew Truck 20 and Engine 20. Westmoreland 911 also dispatched the following stations to support Station 78: Station 64 (White Valley VFC), Station 22 (Export VFC), and Station 610 (Murrysville Medic One). While the firefighters were arriving at the station, Chief 78 held all responding stations in quarters, until the situation was determined. Upon arrival on scene, Chief 78 established command, observed no fire or smoke coming from the structure, and cancel all responding units except for Station 78. All Station 20 units remained in service and in station.
