At ~6:49 AM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for a 2-vehicle collision at the intersection of William Penn Highway and Old William Penn Highway (Wendy's Intersection). Station 20 responded with 3 firefighters (including Lieutenant 20) going to the station to crew Rescue 20, and 2 firefighters (including Chief 20) going to the scene. Westmoreland 911 also dispatched Station 610 Murrysville Medic One) and the Murrysville Police. Station 20 was cancelled as no fire/rescue services were needed at the scene. Rescue 20 remained in service and in station.
