At ~ 5:40 AM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for a report of utility wires down in front of the Ives Eyecare Center on Old William Penn Highway. Station 20 responded with Engine 20 (2 firefighters) with Chief 20 going directly to the scene. Chief 20 was first on scene, established command, and found the service line sagging to a nearby residence, but not on the roadway. Command 20 relayed the West Penn Power Pole Number to Westmoreland 911, so West Penn Power could dispatch a repair crew. Command 20 returned Engine 20 to service and station.
