2-Vehicle Collision - Intersection of William Penn Highway and Vincent Hall Drive

At ~8:40 PM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for a 2-vehicle collision at the intersection of William Penn Highway and Vincent Hall Drive. Station 20 responded with Rescue 20 (3 firefighters including Assistant Chief 20), with 2 firefighters (including Captain 20) going directly to the scene, and 3 firefighters on standby at the station. Upon Rescue 20's arrival at the scene, the Murrysville Police were in command, both operators had been assessed and released by Station 610 EMS personnel, and the intersection was closed due to the collision. Rescue 20's crew remediated the debris and fluids leaking onto the roadway, disabled part of one of collided vehicle's electrical system, and assisted the Murrysville Police in traffic regulation. Gombach Towing recovered both vehicles, with the Murrysville Police releasing Rescue 20 after the vehicles were removed, and the roadways reopened.
