At ~ 2:39 PM Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) to assist Station 78 (Sardis VFC) for an Automatic Fire Alarm (AFA) at a home on Lashan Drive. Station 20 responded with 4 firefighters going to the station to crew Truck 20. Westmoreland 911 also dispatched the following additional stations to support Station 78: Station 22 (Export VFC), Station 64 (White Valley VFC), and Station 610 (Murrysville Medic One). As Truck 20 was preparing to depart the station, Command 78 cancelled all responding stations except for Station 78. Truck 20 remained in service and in station.
