At ~ 4:51 PM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) to assist Station 30 (Delmont VFC) for a report of an Oven Fire at the Valley Stream Apartments. Station 20 responded with 7 firefighters (including Assistant Chief 20) going to the station to crew Truck 20. Westmoreland 911 dispatched the following additional stations to support Station 30: Station 64 (White Valley VFC), Station 22 (Export VFC), Station 63 (Claridge VFC), Station 90 (Forbes Road VFC), and Station 610 (Murrysville Medic One). Chief 30 was first on scene, established the command, found that the fire had self-extinguished, and all responding stations except for Station 30 were returned to service and station. Truck 20 remained in service and in station.
