| At ~ 3:04 PM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for an Automatic Fire Alarm (AFA) at a home on Bella Vista Court. Station 20 responded with 2 firefighters (including Captain 20) going directly to the scene, while 4 firefighters (including Assistant Chief 20) going to the station to crew Engine 20. The direct responding firefighters arrived on scene, Captain 20 establishing command, and found no smoke or fire coming from the structure. Upon investigation it was found that the home's AFA System had been activated due to car exhaust in the garage. Captain 20 returned Engine 20 to service and station. |
