2-Vehicle Collision - Old William Penn Highway and Forest Lane

At ~ 12:06 PM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for a 2-Vehicle Collision near the intersection of Old William Penn Highway and Forest Lane. Station 20 responded with Rescue 20 (4 firefighters including Captain 20), with 3 firefighters (Chief 20, Assistant Chief 20, and Lieutenant 20) going directly to the scene, and 2 firefighters on standby at the station in case additional apparatus was needed at the scene. Upon Rescue 20's and the direct to the scene firefighters arrived on the scene finding the Murrysville Police in command, and there was debris and fuel leaking onto the roadway. The Station 20 firefighters cleared the debris and remediated the leaking fuel. Wally's Transport removed the vehicles from the scene. The Murrysville Police released Rescue 20 and all Station 20 personnel for return to service and station once the vehicles were removed. .
