At ~ 7:04 AM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) to assist Station 236 (Holiday Park VFC) for a burning odor at the Bright Horizons daycare in Plum Borough. Station 20 responded with 12 firefighters (including Chief 20, Assistant Chief 20, and Captain 20) going to the station to crew Truck 20 and Engine 20. As the firefighters were arriving at the station, Command 236 cancelled Station 20. Truck 20 and Engine 20 remained in service and in station.
