Residential Automatic Fire Alarm - Summer Hill Lane

At ~2:53 PM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for an Automatic Fire Alarm (AFA) at a home on Summer hill Lane. Station 20 responded with 5 firefighters gong to the station to crew Truck 20, while Chief 20 and Assistant Chief 20 went directly to the scene. Westmoreland 911 also dispatched the following additional stations to support Station 20: Station 236 (Holiday Park VFC), Station 78 (Sardis VFC), Station 64 (White Valley VFC), Station 22 (Export VFC), and Station 610 (Murrysville Medic One). Chief 20 was first on scene, established the command, and found no fire or smoke coming from the structure. Upon investigation, Command 20 found that the AFA System had activated during maintenance. Command 20 returned all stations. Truck 20 remained in service and in station.
