At ~7:06 AM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for an Automatic Fire Alarm (AFA) at Redstone Highlands-Murrysville on Cline Hollow Road. Station 20 responded with 5 firefighters (including Lieutenant 20) going to the station to crew Truck 20, while 2 firefighters (including Captain 20) went directly to the scene. Westmoreland 911 also dispatched the following additional stations to support Station 20: Export VFC (Station 22), White Valley VFC (Station 64), Sardis VFC (Station 78), Station 87 (Harrison City VFC), and Station 610 (Murrysville Medic One). The direct responding Station 20 firefighters were first on scene, with Captain 20 establishing the command, and finding no smoke or fire coming from the structure. Upon investigation, it was found that the structure's AFA System had been activated during maintenance. Command 20 returned all dispatched stations. Truck 20 remained in service and in station.
