Report of Smoke coming from a Structure - Pep Boys-Murrysville

At ~10:23 PM Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for a report of smoking coming from the Pep Boy Auto Service Center on William Penn Highway. Station 20 responded with Truck 20 (3 firefighters including Lieutenant 20) with 2 firefighters (including Assistant Chief 20) going directly to the scene, and 7 firefighters on station standby with Engine 20. Westmoreland 911 also dispatched the following additional stations to support Station 20: Station 64 (White Valley VFC), Station 22 (Export VFC), Station 78 (Sardis VFC), Station 236 (Holiday Park VFC), Station 610 (Murrysville Medic One), and the Murrysville Police. Assistant Chief 20 was first on scene, established the command, found no smoke or fire coming from the structure, and returned all responding stations except for Station 20. Truck 20 arrived on scene, and upon further investigation no evidence of fire or smoke was found. Command 20 returned Truck 20 to service and station.
