At ~ 3:27 PM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for an Automatic Fire Alarm (AFA) at a home on Shangri-La Drive. Staton 20 responded with Lieutenant 20 going directly to the scene, and 9 firefighters (including Assistant Chief 20) going to the station to crew Truck 20. Westmoreland 911 also dispatched the following additional stations to support Station 20: Station 64 (white Valley VFC), Station 78 (Sardis VFC), and Station 22 (Export VFC). Lieutenant 20 arrived on scene, established the command, and found no fire or smoke coming from the structure. Command 20 found that the home's AFA System had a false activation, and all responding stations were returned to service and station. All Station 20 units remained in service and in station.
