Murrysville Volunteer Fire Company-May 2026 Report

During the month of May, the firefighters of the Murrysville Volunteer Fire Company (Station 20) responded to 32 Fire/Rescue Calls within its Primary and Mutual Aid Areas of Responsibility for a total of 178 Calls during the first five months of 2026. The 2026 Combined Fire Training Program continued with the classes concentrating on Vehicle Rescue Training. Truck 20 and its crew participated in the 2026 Mother of Sorrows 1st Grade Field Day, in which the truck was used to assist the students with an egg drop science experiment. The firefighters remain prepared to provide "First Responder" Fire/Rescue Services not only for the residents, businesses and organizations within the Murrysville-Export Area, but also for its Mutual Aid Response Areas.
