Automatic Fire Alarm Blue Spruce Shoppes

At 10:12 pm Station 20 responded to 100 Blue Spruce Way for an AFA (automatic fire alarm). Lieutenant 20 reported to dispatch that nothing was showing from the outside and cancel additional units with the exception of Engine 20. E-20 was able to gain access with the use of the knox box, which helps gain access to commercial or industrial businesses. This makes in possible to make entry without breaking a door or waiting for key holder. Units returned to station about 10:20 pm.
