Station 20 (Murrysville Volunteer Fire Company) conducted Fire Awareness Instruction for both the AM and PM students at the Newlonsburg Presbyterian Church Pre-School. Engine 20 (2 firefighters including Captain 20) familiarized the children with what firefighters will look like when they enter a home in a fire emergency, and how the children should react when they encounter a firefighter in such an emergency. The children were then given a tour of Engine 20 (including walking through the crew cab of the Engine), and were given a fire prevention coloring book and plastic fire helmet. At the conclusion of the training session, Engine 20 returned to station.
