At ~2:55 PM, Westmorland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville Volunteer Fire Company) for a Residential Automatic Fire Alarm on Sardis Road. Station 20 responded with Engine 20 (3 firefighters), with Captain and Chief 20 responding directly to the scene, with an additional firefighter at the station. Upon arrival at the scene, it was found that there was no fire, and the alarm had been reset. Captain 20 released Engine 20 for return to station.
