At ~11:05 AM, Westmorland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for a report of a Automobile-Bicyclist Accident on Old William Penn Highway. Station 20 responded with Rescue 20 (4 firefighters), with 1 firefighter going directly to the scene, and an additional firefighter manning Station 20. Murrysville Medic One and the Murrysville Police were on scene and had taken care of the bicyclist, when the firefighter going directly to the scene arrived. Rescue 20 was cancelled as it was preparing to depart Station 20.
