At ~3:59 PM, Westmorland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) to assist Station 78 (Sardis VFC) for a Automatic Fire Alarm at a home on Twelve Oaks Court while Rescue 20 (3 firefighters) was preparing to respond to an auto accident at the intersection of Sardis Road and Sloanwood Drive. Also dispatched to assist Station 78 were Station 22 (Export VFD) and Station 64 (White Valley VFD). Chief 64 was first on scene, found no smoke or fire, and cancelled all units except for Station 78. Rescue 20 continued to the auto accident at the intersection of Sardis Road and Sloanwood Drive.
