At ~2:13 AM, Westmorland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for an Automatic Fire Alarm (AFA) at Atrias Restaurant on William Penn Highway. Station 20 responded with Truck 20 (2 firefighters). Also dispatched to assist Station 20 were: Station 78 (Sardis VFC), Station 22 (Export VFD), Station 170 (Monroeville VFC #4), Station 64 (White Valley VFD), Station 87 (Harrison City VFD), and Station 9 (Level Green VFD). Truck 20, Engine 22-1, Rescue 78, and Truck 170 all arrive on scene at approximately the same time. No fire or smoke were found, and it was determined that the AFA System had malfunctioned. All units returned to station.
