At ~11:45 AM, Westmorland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for a report of a tree downing a power line on Logan Ferry Road. Station 20 responded with Engine 20 (3 firefighters including Lieutenant 20) with Chief 20 going directly to the scene. Murrysville Police were on scene regulating the flow of traffic when Station 20 units arrived. The power line was off the road, and Westmorland 911 was given the utility pole number so West Penn Power could come to the incident location to repair the broken line. Murrysville Police released all Station 20 apparatus and personnel for return to station.
