At ~7:55 AM, Westmorland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for an Automatic Fire Alarm at Redstone Highlands-Murrysville. Station 20 responded with 4 firefighters (including Captain 20) going to the station to man Truck 20, and Chief 20 going directly to the scene. Westmorland 911 also dispatched Stations 22, 64, 78, and 87 to assist Station 20: Chief 20 was first on scene, and found that the AFA was activated by burnt food in the kitchen. Chief 20 cancelled all responding including Truck 20.
