Multiple Vehicle Auto Accident - Old William Penn Highway and Cline Hollow Road

At ~7:13 PM, Westmorland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for a Multiple Vehicle Accident at the intersection of Old William Penn Highway and Cline Hollow Road. Station 20 responded with Rescue 20 (6 firefighters), with 3 firefighters (Captain 20, Lieutenant 20, and Sergeant 20) going directly to the scene, and 2 additional firefighters at Station 20 in case additional apparatus was needed. The Station 20 Officers were first on scene, and Captain 20 was in command of the scene. The Murrysville Police were on scene when Rescue 20 and Ambulance 617 arrived on scene to find one vehicle in the intersection, and the other off the roadway. Rescue 20's crew cleared the debris from the roadway and remediated the fluid leaking from the vehicle in the intersection, while the Medic One EMS personnel assisted the operator of the vehicle in the roadway exit the car to the ambulance. Rescue 20's crew assisted the local towing service in removing the of the vehicle in the roadway. Upon completion of all fire service actions at the scene, Captain 20 released Rescue 20 and all Station 20 personnel for return to service and station.
