| At ~2:56 PM, Westmorland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Old William Penn Highway and School Road. Station 20 responded with Rescue 20 (4 firefighters including Lieutenant 20), with 2 firefighters manning Station 20. Also responding to the incident were the Murrysville Police and Station 610 (Murrysville Medic One). Upon Rescue 20's arrival on scene, it was found a school bus had "rear ended" a pickup truck. The Murrysville Police were in command of the scene, there were no children on the bus, no hazardous fluids were leaking from either vehicle, and no debris on the roadway. The Murrysville Police released Rescue 20 from the scene, and Lieutenant 20 returned Rescue 20 to service and station. |
