At ~ 7:42 PM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC), for a report of an out of control burn near Nob Hill Drive. Station 20 responded with Engine 20, and Command 20 requested that Westmoreland dispatch Station 22 (Export VFC) to support Engine 20, since Station 20's primary crew was on standby duty at Station 57 (Irwin VFD) due to the Hamilton Buick Structure Fire. Engine 20 and Engine 22-1 arrived on scene, and extinguished the fire, however the fire damage a telephone line. Command 20 relayed the location of the damaged telephone line to Westmoreland 911 so Windstream could dispatch a repair crew to repair the damaged telephone line. Command 20 returned Engine 20 and Engine 22-1 to service and station, and requested that Engine 22-1 perform standby duties for Station 20 until Truck 20 returned from its standby mission at Stations 57 (Irwin VFD) and Station 8 (Circleville VFC).
