Residential Automatic Fire Alarm - Logan Ferry Road

At ~2:27 PM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) to assist Station 78 (Sardis VFC) for an Automatic Fire Alarm (AFA) at a home on Logan Ferry Road. Station 20 responded with Truck 20 (4 firefighters), with 3 additional firefighters on station standby. Westmoreland 911 also dispatched the following additional stations to support Station 78: Station 236 (Holiday Park VFC), and Station 183 (Renton VFC). Engine 78 was first on scene and the command was established. Command 78 found no fire or smoke coming from the structure, and held the incident to Station 78. All enroute units including Truck 20 were returned to service and station.
