October 11, 2022

At ~8:51 PM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for a report of a vehicle rollover on Tarr Hollow Road. Station 20 responded with Rescue 20 (5 firefighters including Assistant Chief 20) and Engine 20 (3 firefighters), with Chief 20 going directly to the scene. Chief 20 arrived on scene to find the Murrysville Police in command of the scene, Station 610 EMS assessing the occupants of the vehicle, which had rolled over several times blocking both lanes with extensive debris and leaking engine fluids on the roadway. Rescue 20 and Engine 20 arrived on scene, with their crews illuminated the site, and then remediated the debris and fluids from the roadway. Gombach Towing recovered the vehicle, and the Murrysville Police released all Station 20 units for return to service and station.
