At ~10:21 AM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for a single vehicle collision at the intersection of Vincent Hall Road and Beatty Court. Station 20 responded with Rescue 20 (3 firefighters including Assistant Chief 20), with Captain 20 going directly to the scene. Westmoreland 911 also dispatched Station 610 (Murrysville Medic One) and the Murrysville Police for the incident. Rescue 20 was first on scene, finding that a automobile had hit the retaining wall between Beatty Court and the Kacin Building. Assistant Chief 20 established command until the Murrysville Police arrived on scene. The firefighters checked the scene for fluids and debris, while Station 610 EMS evaluated and transported the operator to a local trauma center. McElhinney Towing recovered the vehicle, and the Murrysville Police released Rescue 20 for return to service and station.
