2022 Year in Review - Murrysville Volunteer Fire Company

During 2022, the Murrysville Volunteer Fire Company (Station 20) answered 426 calls within its primary and mutual aid response districts. These calls included 5 structure fires, multiple vehicle collisions, with numerous Automatic Fire Alarms, Carbon Monoxide Alarms, Assists to Emergency Medical Services, Out of County Assists, and Aerial Ambulance Landing Zone Support. Arrival of the New Truck 20

The Murrysville Volunteer Fire Company (Station 20) and the Municipality of Murrysville (represented by Mayor Synan) accepted delivery of the new Truck 20 from Sutphen Corporation of Dublin, Ohio. At ~8:51 PM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for a report of a vehicle rollover on Tarr Hollow Road. Station 20 responded with Rescue 20 (5 firefighters including Assistant Chief 20) and Engine 20 (3 firefighters), with Chief 20 going directly to the scene.
