At ~ 11:02 PM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) for a report of a brush fire near a home on Woodbrook Drive. Station 20 responded with 6 firefighters gong to the station to crew Engine 20, while Assistant Chief 20 went directly to the scene. Westmoreland 911 also dispatched Station 610 (Murrysville Medic One) to support Station 20. Assistant Chief 20 arrived on scene, established the command, and found a controlled burn. Command 20 returned the responding units, as there was no issue. Engine 20 remained in service and in station.
