At ~12:58 AM, Westmorland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) to assist Station 78 (Sardis VFC) for an Automatic Fire Alarm for a residence on Chateau Lane. Station 20 responded with Truck 20 (3 firefighters including Captain 20). Also dispatched to assist Station 78 were Station 22 (Export VFD) and Station 64 (White Valley VFD). Deputy Chief 78 was first on scene and found no evidence of fire or smoke. Deputy Chief 78 cancelled all responding units except for Station 78 units. Truck 20 returned to station.
