At 20:49, the tones went off for a 10-45, vehicle reportedly into a guardrail on North Hills Road. Rescue 20 acknowledged the call awaiting a crew when medic crews updated dispatch that there was possible entrapment. Due to the report, Rescue 64 was added to the alarm and medic crews placed a helicopter on stand-by. Shortly after, Rescue 20 went in with a crew of 5. A-201 called on scene and updated 20 Rescue that medic crews were saying that there was minor entrapment and 1 door needed popped. Chief and Rescue 64 called in service and were then told to cancel as the crews gained entry to the female patient. 20 Rescue assisted in clean-up and assisted the medics in loading the patient. Medic One was enrooted to the hospital with a female patient that had sustained head and neck injuries. All 20 crews were back in service after about an hours worth of work.
