Out of County Assist - Natural Gas Leak - Monroeville

At ~10:41 AM, Westmoreland 911 dispatched Station 20 (Murrysville VFC) to assist Station 170 (Monroeville Fire Company #4) for the report of a natural gas leak at the Pro Medica Nursing Home on Macbeth Drive in Monroeville. Station 20 responded with Truck 20 (4 firefighters including Assistant Chief 20). Upon arrival at the scene Pro Medica Command placed Truck 20 in a support position. The Monroeville firefighters remediated the issue within the structure, and Pro Medica Command released Truck 20 for return to service and station.
