At around 19:30 Station 20, 78,22 were on a walk thru of a local building when the tones went off for Station 20 for a vehicle accident on Old Wm Penn with unknown injuries. C-20 and rescue 20 called in service. When C-20 called on scene he reported to dispatch he had a two vehicle accident with minor entrapment and four patients and to start Ops 78 to the location.Rescue 20 crew went to work removing the drivers door and help the medics with patient removel. At this time C-20 called for T-20 to come to the scene and to move E-78 and E-22 to station 20 for a landing zone. Crew from Ops 78 pulled a handline from R-20 for protection and helped with patients. Crews at the landing zone handled two zones. crews remained on scene for cleanup and towing
