Pressure Testing/Certification of Station 20's Firefighting Hose

On 31 August, Murrysville Volunteer Fire Company had its firefighting hose pressure tested and certified by Waterway of Western Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. The annual hose testing ensures the integrity and material condition of the various types of hose used on the Station 20 units. This testing is part of the Murrysville Volunteer Fire Company's Maintenance Program, which ensures that MVFC's vehicles and equipment are maintained at the highest possible level of material readiness in order to respond to fire/rescue calls within its district and to assist adjacent stations.
